The numbers for February 2024 are in! I have broken the numbers down by township. The corresponding numbers for January 2024 are listed in smaller print for comparison.
JANUARY 2024 REAL ESTATE STATISTICS: MINTO, MAPLETON AND WELLINGTON NORTH
The numbers for January 2024 are here! I have broken the numbers down by township this time. The corresponding numbers for December 2023 are listed in smaller print. As you can see Mapleton is still maintaining a high average selling price but ,like the other 2 townships, has a very low volume of sold properties and listed properties. All 3 townships have an average sold price that is down slightly from December of 2023 while the Average Days on Market is up from December of 2023 for Minto and Mapleton. We have to be careful with averages when there is such low sales volume. A unusually high or low priced sale can affect that average significantly.
