The number of Sold residential properties is up in Mapleton and Wellington North but Minto experienced ultra low sales volume in March with only 3 properties sold. It is obvious that these properties were priced below normal market averages.

The average selling price is down for all 3 townships. The number of properties listed in March is up in Mapleton and Wellington North but is down in Minto.

The average Days On Market has the reverse trend with Mapleton and Wellington seeing a decrease and Minto an increase.
