December 2023 Real Estate Statistics: Mapleton, Minto & Wellington North
The real estate market report is in for December. The number of properties listed is down considerably from November which is typical for this time of year. The # of sold properties is consistent with that of November but the average sale price and average DOM have increased over November numbers.
