October brought some interesting trends to our local real estate market in Mapleton, Minto, and Wellington North. The Average Sale Price and the Number of Sold properties was up in October as compared to September. 

While the Average Days on Market and the Number of Properties Listed was down in the same period. The fall was actually very active in terms of residential sales this year and I hope this is an indication of good things to come for us in 2024.
