The township of Wellington North is located in northern Wellington county east of the Town of Minto and south of the municipality of West Grey. It’s primary communities are the village of Arthur and the town of Mount Forest along with the amalgamations of the townships of West Luther, Arthur and a small portion of West Garafraxa. Wellington North is growing, progressive municipality, which offers small town, hamlet and rural living, with two vibrant fully serviced urban areas, a hospital and medical centres. Mount Forest lies at the top of the township and is a 1 hour commute to Guelph.
