The Township of Howick is the most northeasterly township of Huron County, bounded on the north by the Municipality of South Bruce, on the east by the Town of Minto in Wellington, on the south by the Municipality of North Perth in Perth. Howick has a very rural setting. Its largest communities are the villages of Fordwich, Gorrie and Wroxeter. The smaller hamlets include Belmore and Lakelet. Howick is becoming increasingly popular as a place to move to because of it’s low population and quiet, rural surroundings.
